Judo & Eclipse Tonight! 🌙 😎We’re taking a quick break during tonight’s session to watch the solar eclipse.⚠️ IMPORTANT: To see a solar eclipse directly, you have to use certified solar eclipse glasses (or a handheld solar viewer) that meet the international ISO 12312-2 standard.These aren't regular sunglasses, they are thousands of times darker and made with special-purpose solar filters that block out almost all visible, infrared, and ultraviolet light.Alternative Option: If you don't have eclipse glasses, you can use indirect viewing methods (like a homemade pinhole projector or looking at the shadows cast through the leaves of a tree), which let you watch the effect of the eclipse on the ground without ever looking directly at the sun.Regular sunglasses do not work.
